Orders and Shipping
There are two key factors which will affect the time you receive your items.
1. Item processing time
After receiving your order, we require some time to test the product to ensure its quality. The exact processing time varies depending on the item. The average processing time is 3 working days.but this can also be affected by the item’s stock status. For small quantity orders,the processing time is 1-3days while larger quantity orders may require 2-5days.
2. Shipping
You will then receive notification of shipment with full tracking information. In many instances, to save you money, we are shipping directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 10-35 business days to receive your order, delivery times may vary depending on your country and product location.
Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. OnlyHomeGadgets can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. OnlyHomeGadgets will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

Where are my items coming from?
To save you money we ship our products directly from the manufacturer. These locations include the United Kingdom, China and the United States.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please Contact Us.

3. Fill in this part with all the required information, agree to our “Terms of Use”, and then click on “Create a New Account”. You can otherwise log in with Facebook or Twitter.
4. Check the inbox of your e-mail address; you will receive an e-mail with a link to activate your account.

Update your account details like name, email address, phone number or shipping address, anytime by following these steps:
- Select My account from the menu bar.
- Click edit icon on the field you’d like to change.
- After you’ve added the updated details, click save changes.
- Click done after completing all the updates.
- You will receive an email from us to verify the changes.
In case you have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password button and follow the instructions there.
Note: Once you verify the updated email details, you can resume your activities on your account.
If you have placed on order and you want to check its status, you can view this from OnlyHomeGadgets’s account.
Step 1 – Go to Orders.
Step 2 – Click on the order you want to track.
Step 3 – Click on details.
You can also check the status of your order on your phone, by clicking the “Enable updates via SMS” button.
Make sure the phone number present there is valid (if not, you can edit it by clicking on the edit icon next to the field).
The updates on your orders will be messaged to you on your phone.
To effectively serve our customers, OnlyHomeGadgets ships to virtually every country in the world. Once your order has been packaged, your goods are dispatched from our warehouse. In short, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse facility, it is in the hands of a courier company and delivered direct to your door. For convenience, this shipping address can be a home or company address.
The very few countries that we are unable to ship to include: South Sudan (SSD) and Palestine (PSE). This is due to the restrictions based on the shipping policies of our respective shipping partners. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this.
Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package.
For any issues, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:
1. Contact our Support Center with your order number and the product code (SKU number).
2. Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received.
Possible Solutions:
– If there is a item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
– If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). OnlyHomeGadgets will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.
If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. Enjoy total peace of mind: every single purchase is 100% risk-free each time you shop at OnlyHomeGadgets.
If you have any after sales issues, please contact our Support Center directly and they will offer you a solution according to your case. They will confirm whether you need to return the item and to which address you may return it to.
This following section describes the processing time required upon receiving your returned item.
For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days, upon receiving your item back, and depending on stock availability.
For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:
-Wallet refunds will take up to 24 hours to process and appear in your OnlyHomeGadgets account.
-PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
-Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
For repairs, it will take between 7-14 business days depending on the item and the manufacturers stock of spare parts.
OnlyHomeGadgets’s dedicated Customer Service agents will keep you updated on the repairs process via the ticket system.

Customers should be responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Please do not hesitate to contact us once you realize that your address is not the one you wanted to select. We will not be able to change it after your order has been shipped.
For canceling an order which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the expected shipping date of your order has already passed and it has not been shipped, you can cancel the order and request a refund, which will automatically return to your payment account within the number of days listed here.
Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, you are protected by our “30 Days Return to Us” guarantee.
“Pre-order” is a function aimed at showing you the latest and most exclusive products allowing you to buy them in advance.
On the page of an out-of-stock item you should be able to view its estimated restock date. If you require any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
